Country music singer, Justin Moore on stage for the street dance that drew about 2200 people Saturday June 8th. Organizers had to stall people waiting for the meet and greet event while they waited for Moore, who did not arrive in Goodhue until about 10 minutes before his scheduled performance due to his personal bus breaking down. He was bumped from the first flight he booked but arrived in time to put on the show which he said he enjoyed even though he had not slept.

Goodhue High School Seniors, Caleb Dicke and Teagan Hinsch were one of 73 couples that attended the prom on Saturday, May 4th. The grand march was open to the public and drew a large crowd at the high school gym. Following the march and photos, the couples headed to Hidden Greens Golf Course in Hastings for supper and the dance. Couples were required to stay until 11 p.m. and notify a parent when they departed.

Earning a silver award in Floriculture at the recent Minnesota State FFA Convention was the Floriculture team of Summer Scheele, Kyla Nardinger, Leetta O'Reilly (alternate), Lillian Raasch, and Isabel German-Hutter. Teams gain experience through real-life activities such as working in the school's greenhouse. The Goodhue FFA annual plant sale at the greenhouse, located on the West side of the school, will be May 11th, from 9AM until 4PM. The Goodhue FFA Alumni and Supporters group will also be there hosting a baked goods fundraiser.
