Bellechester City Council Special Meeting Minutes

Special City Council Meeting was called to order by Mayor Jody Gordon at 1:00 p.m.
Pledge to the flag.
Roll call was taken: The council in attendance: Mayor Jody Gordon, Council people Kyle Blattner, Rich Majerus and Mark Gerken as well as City Clerk Lisa Redepenning and Engineer Matt Mohs were present. Council member Jered Buxengard and treasurer Kyle McKeown were absent.
New Business:
• Accept Bid from Dakota Supply Group for Water Meter Project - Motion was made by Rich Majerus with a 2nd by Mark Gerken accept bid as presented for their bid on the Water Meter Project. Motion carried.
Engineer Report – Matt provided a brief update on this project.

Water/Wastewater/Facility Report – None

Adjourn
Motion was made by Kyle Blattner with a second by Mark Gerken to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 1:05. Motion carried.
