The Belvidere Happy Go Luckies 4H club service project completed in July. The Belvidere town hall had recently installed a new ramp. Sixteen members of the 4H club helped to landscape in front of it. They dug out sod, installed landscape fabric and edging, planted perennials and shoveled a lot of rock. Club members come from Red Wing, Goodhue and Lake City.
