Motion by Hahn and seconded by O’Reilly to approve the September 14, 2022, EDA Minutes. Motion carried 5-0
Motion by Hahn and seconded by O’Reilly to approve Façade project for Jeremy Thuman project. Motion carried. 3-1-1 with Thuman abstaining.
Motion by O’Reilly and seconded by Brunkhorst to approve Façade project for The Depot. Motion carried 5-0
Motion by Brunkhorst and seconded by O’Reilly to hold off on approving new Façade projects until March 2023. Motion carried 5-0
Motion by Hahn and seconded by Thuman to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0
