City Council Meeting Minutes
July 26, 2023
Present was Mayor Terry Anderson Buck, Council persons Joe Benda, Patrice O’Reilly, Chris Schmit and Jason Thuman. Also, present was Chief Smith, Jennie Taxdahl, Cailin Richard and Mitch Lindholm.
Motion by Schmit and seconded by Benda to Amend the agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Benda and seconded Schmit to approve the June 28, 2023, City Minutes and July 12, 2023, Work Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by O’Reilly and seconded by Benda to approve Resolution 9.23 Approving Support for North Zumbro Sanitary Sewer District Reginal Waster Water Treatment Facility G.O. Bonding Bill Request. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Thuman and seconded Benda to approve Resolution 12.23, Approving Joint Powers Agreement for the North Zumbro Sanitary Sewer District. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Benda and seconded O’Reilly to approve the Pool Ordinance, with minor changes. Begin date of Jan. 1, 2024. Motion carried 5-0.
